Hi, I’m Alyssa!

Leadership found me at the ripe age of 20 as I navigated my undergrad journey. Since then, I have grown to be a connector, founder, speaker and operations executive passionate about building mission-aligned systems that positively impact the humans involved.

I’ve led national healthcare and education organizations through transformation, scaled new service lines from the ground up, and recovered millions in revenue by aligning strategy with relationship-centered leadership.

Leadership isn’t linear. Non linear leadership, in my life, is practiced inside of my community where the impact of my work collides with my greatest passion. My community leadership is challenged through The Conscious Table and my Podcast: In The Room, On Purpose. A show highlighting the stories and journeys of women in leadership.
